convert 2008 cui file to 2007 cui

How can I convert a autocad 2008 cui file to a 2007 cui file, at the moment it makes it (read only) and does not display the menus on the bar? Please help:?

I'm not 100% positive you can do that. Most conversions work in the direction opposite of what you are contemplating. This isn't like doing a "save as" operation such as one does with a drawing for instance.

Thanks, thought so, just that some of our offices are still using 2007 and I have created menus to make things a bit easier for everybody, and it seems that I have to do it all over again. Thanks again!!!
