Lee Mac Posted June 3, 2009 Posted June 3, 2009 Hi Guys, As you all know, I am pretty much a beginner when it comes to this new-fangled 2010 release, having only ever worked with 2004... and I still prefer 2004 to be honest... Anyway, my problem is this: whenever I insert a block in 2010 (I normally use "-insert" as all the blocks I use are LISP Test Blocks, in Search Path), and I specify a scale of 1 for the XYZ. However, upon insertion, if I get properties on the block, the scale is something along the lines of 0.039... I can't figure out why this is happening, probably something added in later releases to make your life easier... but doesn't. Any help is appreciated Lee Quote
azzro10 Posted June 3, 2009 Posted June 3, 2009 sounds strange, the only time i ever have a problem with inserting blocks n getting a wrong scale, is wen UNITS & INSUNITS r set up wrong, set them both to unitless n see if that helps. Quote
Lee Mac Posted June 3, 2009 Author Posted June 3, 2009 annotation scale? Thanks for your replies guys - Annotation Scale seems to be set to 1:1. *will check on UNITs Quote
Lee Mac Posted June 3, 2009 Author Posted June 3, 2009 Thanks - Insertion on UNITS was set to inches.. school-boy error, can't believe I didn't pick that up before. Problem fixed, Thanks for your time guys Lee Quote
