shift1313 Posted June 3, 2009 Posted June 3, 2009 When you are creating a new document ther eis one listed as Standard.ipn. The icon is a block and a pin with a trace line. This is a presentation file and exactly what you are looking for. Your best bet is to look through your help file. There are precise view rotations where you will input a specified amount of rotation. There are component tweaks that let you move individual components away from the assembly. Here is one i did real quick moving two components, a pin and an arm. http://filebox.vt.edu/users/maperez/Explosion1_1.zip Quote
JD Mather Posted June 4, 2009 Posted June 4, 2009 For quick and simple you can do with ipn as suggested. For better quality graphics Applications>Inventor Studio takes just a bit more work (actually I think it takes less work if you have to make changes - I always have to make changes). Quote
