Danse_Macabre Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 When I create a new layer I want to have it turned off in all viewports, so that I would need to manually turn it on in each viewport where it should appear. Does anyone know how to do this? I have been using the 'vplayer' command, but it is a somewhat inconvenient process. I seem to remember there being an option in the Layer Properties Manager that did just what I need, but I can't find it anywhere now. Thanks in advance I am running AutoCAD Civil3D 2008 Quote
cpriedel Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 I am using AutoCAD 2010 and i know it has the same feature in 2009. Not sure about 2008 though. In 2010 and 2009 its a button in the line with "New Layer", "Delete Layer" and "set Current" right on top of your Layer list in the Layer Properties Manger Quote
Danse_Macabre Posted June 9, 2009 Author Posted June 9, 2009 Ahhh ok that is exactly what I was looking for, that feature is in 2008...I must have spent so much time looking for that stupid button. Thanks Quote
