What do I need to add?

This is dell studio XPS

I want to know if this would be good system for Auto cad 3d modeling and skecthing

and if not what do i need to add to this system.

The proper way to post a question is to find the most appropriate forum and post it as a new, separate question and not tack it onto someone else's post from three years ago.

 

But to answer your question, I'd say that as long as the graphics card you have selected is on the certified list published by AutoDesk then your system configuration would be more than adequate for doing 3D work using AutoCAD.

 

Might I suggest an ATI FireGL or FirePro card rather than the Radeon?

And if you're going to be doing 3D modeling on that new system, you might want to think about upgrading to the latest version of Autocad so you can take advantage of all the new features. Unless you like doing things the old fashioned way. :P
