Hi, I am Drafting architectural drawings with lot of details. some times I need to cut exiting details from the whole house and paste a new drawing/same drawing and give the detailed information. If possible can any one send lisp programme for cut detail from exiting drawing that would be great and it's so help to me.

Thanks,

I don't quite understand your request - would you like the LISP to perform a copy/paste?

Lee,

I think what is asking is if it possible to draw the house, then use the LISP to create the section or detail for that object.

AutoCAD 2009/2008 (Architecture) has a feature like this. I use it all the time and the section is real detailed. The more you draw, the more AutoCAD will show.

Well then I would recommend that he upgrades to Architecture '08/09 and saves himself some money in the long run...

Well I would agree with you Lee... But let's have CHANDRA explain in detail first what he truly means.
