metaldan Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 In Inventor, I make a assembly made with matrial ( ex: steel plate ), mechanical part ( ex: bearing, motor ) and sub-assemblies. For production reason, in the parts list of the sub-assemblies i have to use the total quantites needed to make all the sub-assemblies. If the general asssembly uses 3 sub-assemblies, and 1 sub-assembly uses 2 bearings #1 and 2 steel plates #2. In the parts list of the sub-assembly, i need to mark 2 bearings#1 and 6 steel plates #2. I looking for the best way to make that and have the good weight ( of 3 sub-assembly ) in the general assembly . Quote
