Transfering cells from microstation to autocad

I need to transfer cells from microstation to AutoCAD 2010 and use them as blocks to place on drawings in AutoCAD. These include things such as North Arrows and the text we use every day in microstation. We are mainly a land surveying company but are getting into measureing floor plans of schools etc.. Any help is appreciated. We also have our title blocks and borders in microstation and these need to be imported and used also.
