Importing Tool Palettes (*.xpg)

I´m using Autocad 2009 and I has detected problem with importing tool palette. When I do Right Click in the right pane in an area (palette group) only appear new group option. When I use autocad 2006 I had two more options like import.

You need to right click in the left hand (Tool Palettes) side of the window to have export/import on the shortcut menu, not the right.
