Print white lines over an image

Hi and thanks in advance for any help! Is it possible to print white lines from AutoCAD? I have an ortho map image imported into my CAD drawing. The image is pretty dark and I was hoping I could get the CAD lines to print white instead of black/gray on top of it.

Yes, make the layer that the lines are on to have a color of 255,255,255
