how to draw this shape? (image)

i do use Inventor but i still have some trouble with some shape:? such as this in the image

it comes from here

i tried to look at the sketch to know how it is but there nothing.

can anybody help me?

working with surfaces in inventor and autocad is very complicated and there is no much tutorials about Inventor.

I did not find it

Set your current Project to the Samples. The Master file for the stapler is in the Samples/Assemblies/Stapler folder. Some of my tutorials use Derived Components.

Start a new file, exit sketch mode.

Click Derived Component and then click on the ? icon to get more Help information.
