(I thought I'd post this as a reminder: if one ever comes across this problem it might help you to remember to maintain the xrefs as well as the drawing itself.)
Hi,
Maybe I can find some answers here.
Since a month or so we are working on a new project.
The drawing I created (from scratch) contains several xrefs on wich I projected my installation works.
The DWG itsef is <700kB and contains 17 layouts.
Per layout at least 1 viewport.
THere are 3 layouts that carry either 2, 3 or 4 viewports.
Am I going to far with this? I mean, must I split the drawing in multiple dwg's? Can't imagine so but it might...
ie. when using command "line" it looks as if I have snap on and grid on, but thats not the case.
Any help would be welcome.
Answer already found:
One of the xref's had major errors, a big time audit recovered 75561 errors.
I did also purge to be shure it was okay...
Now it runs properly again.
