Rosco Posted July 15, 2009 Posted July 15, 2009 Hello, Can anyone help me please i am looking to learn Solidworks, does anyone know of any long term college courses in the berkshire / London area. Thanks Ross Quote
ReMark Posted July 16, 2009 Posted July 16, 2009 One possibility when it comes to Solidworks training: http://www.solidsolutions.co.uk/Info/Training-And-Support/Default.aspx You might also wish to conduct a search using Google or the search engine of your choice. I recommend the following search criteria: "Solidworks training"+"London" ...or... "Solidworks courses"+"London" Be sure to include the quotation marks and the plus sign. Good luck in your search. Coosbaylumber Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 I was recently told at another forum that Autocad training is dead, and Community College courses are now aimed towards Catia and Solidworks as that is what industry uses. Wm. Quote
ReMark Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 CBL: It is a bit premature to say that AutoCAD training is dead. I wouldn't argue though that colleges may be pushing other software such as Inventor for instance. Quote
