Please Help- How can i insert a image at a specific ZONE and UTM

Hello Friends,

 

I have an image that is to be inserted in a cad drawing.

 

The drawing settings is to be made to UTM NAD 83 ZONE 12.

 

Do I need the SCALE and CO-ORDINATES to insert this image.

 

Please Please Help ASAP.

I am totally screwed up.:(
