pvd Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 Hi all, I'm using Autocad 2009 for a short time now but as the overall view of the program has changed I can't find my "View" toolbar anymore, the one with "top", "bottom", "left", "right", "front", "back"...(that's probably not the only one but at the moment I'm looking for this one...). I know I can change to classic view where I can find all the toolbars by rightclicking in the toolbar-area but as i'm still trying to find out the advantages of the new look.... Thank you very much Quote

Thank you very much hi, when i first got 2009 i just changed it to classic straight away so never really gave the new look a chance. what have you done to try and get it back? can you add it from going to tools-toolbars-AutoCAD-view? as i said i've not gave the new look a chance but it could be the answer  Quote
ReMark Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 First you have to be using the 3D Modeling workspace. What you are looking for is on the Home tab > View panel. Click on the Down arrow next to the box with the words Unsaved current view. There you will find the choices Top, Bottom, Front, Back, Left, Right and the four standard isometric views. OK? Quote
pvd Posted July 22, 2009 Author Posted July 22, 2009 Meanwhile I accidently found out something myself in the workspace "2D Drafting & annotation": When you rightclick on the toolbar that holds "new", "open", "save", etc.. there you have "toolbars" - "ACAD" and there you can find back all the toolbars like it used to be in previous versions. Thanks a lot Quote
