Hi Guys,

i'm trying to work out/find out if, when overlapping viewports, there's a way to blank out a portion of one of the viewports, so that when plotting, i don't have a load of confusing lines covering each other...

a bit like what can be done with text, so it is shown on a plain background, rather than a load of lines behind it.....

don't think i've explained that very well, but hopefully one of you will know what i'm waffling on about.....

s'ok.... sorted it (i think) with vpclip.....

i did try it earlier, and couldn't sus it....

tried it again now and i think i've cracked it!

edit: this only seems to work if the two viewports overlap.... can this command be used/worked around for a viewport inside another viewport?
