Princess_crow Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 Hi All.. I have a question. I have made a polyline-form in Autocad 2008. I have used the mirror-option to make one symmetrical form. Now I want to combine the two polylines and make one complete form of it.. I have tried to use the Join-button. But for some reason it is not working with this form. I have tried other forms and then the join-button works perfectly. Does someboy know why I cannot join the two polylines and make one of them? Are there maybe other options to make one line of it? Noahma Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 make sure the two end points are touching, then type in PEDIT. Then "J" for join, select your two poly lines and see if that works. Sometimes if the shape is complex it will not join them. In that case, you will have to keep what you have. Then use the pline command and the "A" and "L" options to switch between lines and arcs during the command. Grip edit the arcs to fit where they should. Quote
