d1000 Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 Hi, I'm really a newbie using autocad. I'm trying to get the area of a pool area (in bean form). The pool is a closed sequence of arcs. Can anyone help me with this simple issue? Thanks in advance. Quote
ReMark Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 AutoCAD has an area command or you could do a "list" on the object. Quote
d1000 Posted July 28, 2009 Author Posted July 28, 2009 Yes, that I know. But the AREA command, need to ADD Area, and because the area in question in made of small arcs, I can't FILL perfectly the BEAN pool form. Quote
lpseifert Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 Try running the Boundary command, then list or use the Area command on the new boundary. Quote
