LBUG42 Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 I'm Not Sure What Has Happened, But When I Do A Search Even For The Simplest Thing It Will Not Show Me Any Search Results Does Anyone Know How To Fix? I'm Sure It Is A Settings Issue But Don't Know Where To Start. Quote
CADMASTER1128 Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 What are you trying to search? I find my self having to fine tune my search for AutoCAD to find what I am looking for. Quote

NBC Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 In your AutoCAD options, on the Files tab, under Help and Miscellaneous File Names, what file location is listed under the Help File ? See also CADTutor FAQ - I've lost access to my AutoCAD help file Quote

CADMASTER1128 Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 Did you restart your computer after the update? Quote
NBC Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 I guess my post was overlooked; helpfiles will not look in those paths that were posted, and thus bear no relevance imo Quote
LBUG42 Posted July 29, 2009 Author Posted July 29, 2009 NBC it is all the same the one diff i see is in the info search settings where it says search locations there is nothing there but on my computer at work there are a bunch could that be it? but when i try to put the locations it tells me it may take a couple of hours dont know if i'm doing it right. LBUG42 Posted July 29, 2009 Author Posted July 29, 2009 i figured it out it was in the infocenter settings you have to tell it where to look. Just click new and where it is. Quote
