defualt attribute value=insertion point of block

hi ...guys

i want to make a block such that its defualt attribute value=insertion point of that block in that dwg.

is it possible make this type of block?

it may be.....i m new user

The purpose of this thread was to inquire about vertical text. You have appended a question to it about atributes values and insertion points of blocks. Those two topics are not related.
