kenny Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Hi, Received a file from a client. Drawing is horizontal in model space and vertical in paper space using my template. UCS are normal. I would like them both the same. I would think there is something that needs to change in model space since the paper space is a template that I have been using with no problem in the past. thanks, ken Quote
ReMark Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Hmmm....didn't this just get discussed recently? Here is one method as suggested in AutoCAD Help. "You can rotate an entire view within a layout viewport by changing the UCS and using the PLAN command. With the UCS command, you can rotate the XY plane at any angle around the Z axis. When you enter the PLAN command, the view rotates to match the orientation of the XY plane." Quote
ReMark Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Glad it worked for you. I never know if a suggested "fix" will work in LT. Quote
ScribbleJ Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Is the dview rotation set to zero in the view port? Never mind. I'm too slow! Quote
