crosshairs and pickbox in papar space

For some reason when I switch over to paper space, I am unable to see my cross hairs or pickbox. When moving out to the toolbars I am able to see where I am and which tool button to pick, but when moving out into a viewport or to pick anything they disappear. I did not have this problem a week ago, just recently. Have the settings or something been changed on my program? Would anyone know how to resolve my problem? Thanks!

Does it happen on all drawings, or just one particular Paperspace layout?

It only happens on all drawings on the same computer. It does not happen on a different computer. That is why I thought it must be some setting, however, for the life of me I can't figure out what it is.
