Sync Laptop to Desktop

I've seen mention of syncing ones laptop to thier desktop via windows i think, any one know how?

Have you looked in to a briefcase?

just found that, my search of help earlier mustve used the wrong words

hopefully, will find out tomorrow when the person needing the ability to sinc remembers to bring her laptop...

I think brifcase is what you want... All you need to do is sync files correct?

yup, be able to take what she's been working on and sync it to her laptop for use out of the office and then sync it back to the desktop when she gets back

I used to sync my PDA all the time; AutoCAD to PocketCAD 'n back when I was in from the field.

Try "Briefcase" or, just copy the files on a USB stick for the time being.

I've even emailed *.dwg files to myself. Works.
