Keep publish publishing

At least once a week I am required to p lot large quantites of sheets. I turn layereval and layernotify to 0 to keep publish moving is there a way to keep publish moving to the next page without user input for other pop ups - like when it says the dwg needs to be recovered or things like that. It takes multiple hours for my computer to process all the dwgs so I usually start it before i leave work one day and it should be done when i come back in, however sometimes it gets pop ups not covered by layereval or layer notify that stops it any suggestions to remedy this would be great!
