How to you link a table to a Spread Sheet?

I have made a table in AutoCAD.

Then went to annotations-Tables to Data Link Manger and create a link to my

drawing from my spread sheet file.

I do not see the data in my table so how to I get the data in my table if I have

2 or more tables in a drawing??

Which version of AutoCad are you using? The reason I ask is because 2009 and above have done an excellent job of using MS Excel.
