Setting tolerance orallowable limits

This concerns mechanical drawing, for example the dimension is 350 mm and I want to set the tolerance to -2 mm only and not ± 2 mm, how should i do it? Sorry if this question seem too basic but I am new and needs help on this. Thanks.

In the PROPERTIES dialogue box there is a text override option which I think is what you're after?

I will try as you suggested. Trying to explore things. Was able to do it using Limit as suggested by Dave. Thanks for your advice.

Edit: I guess you mean Limit option in the tolerance drop down of Properties?
