Auto filling tables possible for templates?

Hi im currently setting up a template for pressure vessel drawings. I know you can pull data from excel sheets to fill in a table but im wondering if i can set it up so that when creating a new drawing with the template it will find the appropriate excel sheets and fill in blank tables.

 

This would help simplify the process instead of manually creating table after table for each drawing or setting up a border with large amounts of imput data.
