How do you change the shape of Viewport, so thats its not justs a rectangle as I want to move some of it away from my drawing border

Mview or -vports, then Polygonal will allow you to draw a non-rectangle.

VPCLIP will allow you to change existing viewport (assuming you have this in LT).
