Problem on line and Polyline fillet

Hi

Good day to all, i have some problem regarding with fillet command with Line and polyline, it metioned in my command line

("Select second object or shift-select to apply corner:

No intersection can be found between line and polyline line segments.")

is there any body know whats the problem on this i try to flatten the lines and same it doesnt work
