Calculations in autocad

hi,

Is it possible to make an block with 2 att texts (variable input numeric values) and some other forms of text which have an calculation in them and make a block of it?

Now i have 2 value (widht and length) and want to extract some information from thosse values with some calculations.

I use my smartphone with excel so that i won't have to switch on my pc. But the excel part can be thrown away if there is an way to perform an calculation on numeric values automaticly.

The only thing i want to do is preset the calculation for the 2 variable values and when i change those values the calculation goes with it.

Anyone know if its possible and how to do that?

as far as i know you can link your data from autocad to excel and changing the numeric vales in autocad they are if linked updated to excel. If you have properly set up the excel formulas they will calculate it, not sure about extracting data from an attribute though. this is strickly table to table function
