Eattext - Blockname, Revision, Title

Hi everybody,

I am new to this forum, so please bare with me. Will try to make it as short as possible.

I am trying to make a drawing list using Eattext, which is working extremely well but:

2 rows come up for each drawing instead of just 1 row.

What i really need is a list which includes one row for each drawing which includes the columns:

File Name, DRG_NUMBER, PROJECT_TITLE, DRG_TITLE, DRG_TITLE(1), DRG_TITLE(2), REV_NO1, REV_NO1_DESCRIP, REV_NO1DATE, REV_NO2, REV_NO2_DESCRIP, REV_NO2DATE, REV_NO3, REV_NO3_DESCRIP, REV_NO3DATE, REV_NO4, REV_NO4_DESCRIP, REV_NO4DATE, REV_NO5, REV_NO5_DESCRIP, REV_NO5DATE, REV_NO6, REV_NO6_DESCRIP, REV_NO6DATE

For what its worth, I think it might have something to do with there being 2 different block names (TITLE and ISSUED_DATE_REV).

Attached please find an excel spreadsheet of what i am getting (rows 1-3) and then i have modified it to illustrate what i need (row 6).
