How do I use a [.dvb] file?

I received a [ Relay_FD07_Find_Repl.dvb] file, however I have never seen this format before. I was told it can be used to replace text through multiple drawings but I don't know how to use it. Can someone explain to me how to use a file of this type with ACAD? or maybe what other program might be able to run this file type?
