dimension style suffix won't delete.

I tried creating a new dimenstion stye, but somehow it saved the changes I made to the default "standard" style. I entered a suffix in the stye that now I can't delete. I went back to modify the style and the style shows there is nothing written in the "suffix" box. however, the suffix still shows up when I dimension anything. In the properties the suffix does show up. This is very frustrating. HELP!

Sounds like you created a child style under standard. When you start the dimmanager do you see Standard and then another name under Standard? but offset like a subfolder would show? If so Delete that and go from there with a new style, etc.
