Sector gears - variable gear ratio

Hi,

How do I make/mate variable gear ratio sector gears ?

mikki. A typical gear mate in the assembly environment wont work for you. This needs to be done with interference checker in the assembly environment or you can start a motion simulation(down at the bottom where it says Model/Motion Study on the tabs. In the Motion study you can add contact sets which allow mechanical assemblies to be driven off their geometry(like gears).
