Manual Performance Tuning

For some reason I keep getting the Performance Tuner pop up on most of my machines in my lab. I've attached the screenshot of what I'm supposed to be seeing. On the ones that are getting the pop up I'm only seeing the Enhanced 3D Performance & Gooch hardware Shader. Nothing under driver name even shows up either. Anybody may know why? Shouldnt they all match up the same? All the machines have the same specs/image/programs/settings. Pic 2 is the correct one.
