the-trooper Posted November 4, 2009 Posted November 4, 2009 Hello everyone I'm trying to create a dynamic block with text and dimension in it. Works fine, except it has to rotate. And when i rotate more than 90°/-90°, problems start. Text gets upside down, dimension overlaps with dimensioned object… Here is the block in question. Any ideas? JBullseye74 Posted November 4, 2009 Posted November 4, 2009 Hi, i have fixed the overlapping thing... i changed the length dimension to a field attribute. You need to do a regen for it to show the updated length. As for the text being upside down im sure if you now include a flip it will work ok. 0016-CIJEV-50.dwg Quote

In a simpler much simpler way, if i may say In dimension style, changed text position to center, i.e. on the dimension line itself. As for the text being upside down im sure if you now include a flip it will work ok.
