gsksun4 Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 Is there a simple way to create a black and white PDF from a drawing in paper space with many colors? There's yellow all over the drawing and you can't read/see the yellow on the PDF with a white background. I know I can set the yellow to a different color, but I'd rather just have the entire drawing in black and white. I wouldn't want to reset 255 colors in the plot tool. Using 2009LT Glenn USA OK, solved my own problem. Monochrome.ctb does the trick. Carry on. Quote

nukecad Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 Try using a pdf printer such as CUTEPDF (get it free off the web). Quote
gsksun4 Posted November 5, 2009 Author Posted November 5, 2009 Try using a pdf printer such as CUTEPDF (get it free off the web). That's what I use, and it created a color PDF with yellow which couldn't be read. The problem has been solved by plotting cutepdf in monochrome. It's that simple. I had cutepdf all along. Thanks. donbosco Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 you can also change that on Plot styles. On plot style-when you select color,on right hand side it will show properties(in short how you want this color to be printed), if you leave object color then thats what it will print or if you select black for all colors it will just print black and white. Hope this helps. Quote
