Inserting a circuit, then filling the attributes from Excel

Hello everyone!

I have been doing some searching, but with no luck so far. I am looking for something that can insert a WBlocked Circuit, and after inserting that circuit can pull information from a specific Excel Spreadsheet to fill the attributes.

I know that there are not many ACADE users out there, but I thought maybe if there was something similar then I could see if I could change it some to fit my own needs. You see, I am by no means a programmer, but I can fumble through it enough that I can sometimes change what is already written to help me.
