SEANT
If a block already exists in a drawing then the BEDIT command will allow the reorientation of the Block’s geometry. For instance, the insertion point can be reset by moving the geometry to the appropriate location with regard to the Block Editor’s origin (0,0,0). In a similar fashion, if the block is part of a library (i.e., resides in it’s own drawing file ready for insertion into other files) the general orientation can be modified by opening the Block’s .DWG file and moving, or rotating, the geometry with reference to the files World Coordinate System’s origin (0,0,0).
