nialb Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Hi All Is there a way to set metric site level dimensions? Just to explain a little .... If I draw a vertical column the base of the column may be at 17.000 (i.e. metres above sea level). The Top of Steelwork in the beam might be at 21.000. How do I set the starting dimension at the base of the column to 17.000 and use this reference point for all other vertical dimensions - T.O.S. 21.000 in this example? Many thanks Nial Quote
ReMark Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Is this a 2D or 3D drawing? The ELEVATION command comes to mind. Quote
ReMark Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Relocate your UCS to the proper elevation. I believe it is the "origin" option. Quote
nialb Posted December 2, 2009 Author Posted December 2, 2009 Thanks ReMark, I will give it a try Quote
