Replace text with Blocks

Hi! I've got several drawings with room numbers indicated with text. What I need to do is inserting a standard block at each insertion point of these text objects. The block contains attributes which tag is NUM.

As an extra: Ideally, the attribute value should be equal to the old text value. I thought this could be done using a field, maybe.

Can anyone help?

I don't know a way without Lisp, but if you ask this question in the Autolisp forum you'll get an answer.
