Autocad file opening Problem

Hi there,
I did a drawing in autocad 2007 format and was opening in autocad 2008, but its takes very long time to open it. but opening in 2007 cad is fine. Dnt no why this happen.

Please help.

Scalelists?
File size?

Is your copy of 2008 current with all updates/service packs?

i use the same computer to open the same file, but i use 2008 to another file it opens good and fast.

yes, i have...not only my computer but i gave the same job file to a contractor to use, and they are using 2010 and having same problem.

this is what i can fig. out...bt dnt nw...what causing it..bt i created dynamic blocks which helpme in drawing fast....may be this...dnt nw...

Sounds like the file should be 1) purged and 2) audited.

Is your version of 2008 current with its service pack?

Yes I Do Have It...and Nw..i Loaded 2010...with Full Licence...umm....and Service Pack....only This Drawing Is Giving Me Problem And Others Are Fine And Opeing Well...
