How to disable VBA warning message?

I try to search in FAQ (n google) with keyword but I can't find out exactly what I find (many topic about VBA, or nothing if keyword became so special...). I used to install AutoCAD, but few weeks lately I use a portable version of 2006 one (in a fresh machine, new windows haven't install any CAD yet). And everytime open it display Windows prepairing for install (VBA). I usually press cancel ('ve not got 2006 CD) or let installer analysis but have to wait & repeat action 4-5 times, it's gone.

Question, anyway to disable that message box and install process whenever I open a dwg file? BTW, I'm training quite simple n my practice doesn't need VBA (although it'd be helpful for experience users, etc...). Thanks.

These line below show everytime.

Opening an AutoCAD 2000 format file.

Substituting [simplex.shx] for [.VnArial].

Substituting [simplex.shx] for [.VnArialH].

Substituting [simplex.shx] for [.VnAvantH].

Substituting [simplex.shx] for [vntime.shx].

Regenerating model.

AutoCAD menu utilities loaded.

Command: Initializing VBA System...; error: Automation Error. Problem in

loading VBA

Pls don't tell me install a brand new/full setup package at the moment. Just want the way to keep recent edition working without VBA.
