Hello all,

I am having a problem with a raster x-ref that keeps disappearing. On a layout page we have a title block set up that has a raster logo up the top, however everytime I open up the drawing it seems to disappear. If I open up the XREF manager the logo file is still there, and if I right click and hit reload, it all comes back and all is well, however if I shut down the drawing and reopen, it is gone again. It may be worth mentioning how we use our drawings to try and give the problem a bit of context. Basically I work at a convention center, so we have a 'master' template file that basically has all the levels of the building layed out, and we can just drop in blocks of the various equipment and furniture we use to knock up floorplans. Then we have a few layout tabs that have viewports so we can just align the viewports over the necessary area. So when we load the template file it inserts the master drawing into a new drawing file, named drawing2.dwg or whatever. If I open up the .dwt master file itself all the layouts are fine and the logo is there as it should be, however when I start a new plan as we normally would, the logo is gone. Also maybe worth a mention is that this seems to affect 1 pc only, the others seem fine. Hopefully the above makes sense. If you need any more info, just let me know. Thanks
