Hatch Help

iv come across this before but cant for the life of me remember how to fix it

when hatching in the model space the hatch looks disjointed as the pattern dont line up but it works in papers how do i fix it??

move the hatched area nearer to 0,0,0

oo ok that works (not sure why) but is there any other way of sorting this when your drawing away from the origin? for example i work on road renewal scheme so work to OS grip so often work as 430000,330000 and above

in the hatch dialogue box yo an also specify a new origin point
