HELP can't do my test with this problem

My autocad was newly installed. There is such a problem that my autocad drawing coordinates are really small it goes to about 60.000 for both grids at the max. Also when i draw a rectangle of 0,0 to 200,200. I can't draw fully zoom out to view the full rectangle. When zoom up till the max, it states that it has zoom to the bottomest area. Help me Please !!! By the way instead of viewing the whole page i can only view like a small portion like only till 60,60 instead of the usual 5++,5++.

try "zoom" "extents"

You might also try setting Limits, or better yet, turn off Limits.
