Can I send Model Space Text to Paper Space?

I know how to send paperspace text to modelspace, is there a way to send modelspace text to paperspace?

Chspace command perhaps?

CHSPACE will sent entities from paper to model, but will not work while in model space.

Sure it does, I do it frequently. See CarlB's reply above. Maybe you mean from the Model tab...
