.. I ve another question. ill be gratefull if you could give me some ideas on this as well.

 

  • how to center a title block acuratly on the paper?. the cursor does not snap to the edge of the paper.

yes ReMark, im in the paperspace.

And you're talking about that dashed linetype defining the "edges" of the paper right?

yes ReMark .there is a dashed outline defining the printable area. that's inside the paper. i want to draw a title block centered in the printable area or the paper presicely.

First, figure out what the dimensions are of you printable area. The lower left corner is your zero point on the sheet. In modelspace, draw a rectangle using the same dimensions as your printable area. Now you can draw your title block (or center it) in this rectangle, then copy it with your base point being the lower left corner and paste it to your zero point in paper space.
