fitzieg Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 I have been trying to plot a detail sheet that has PDF(s) on it but every time it goes to plot it returns a customer error report saying it error handler. Do anyone know why this is? i can plot anything thing thatdoes not have a images or PDFs on the sheet! Quote

ReMark Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 Is that the 3800c model (color/black & white). If it is can I have it? We're still using a LaserJet 4000 (only black & white)! Want to trade? Our "old" printer handles embedded PDFs and images no problem. Have you looked at Printing Preferences on the General tab under Properties (right-click on printer in the Printers and Faxes dialog window). Quote
nukecad Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 I have noted in other threads that some postscript (PS2, PS3) drivers can have problems printing PDFs and TIFFs. Don't know why but they do. If you are using a postcript driver try changing it for a PCL6 driver. Quote
