Rotation Issues While Printing Large PDF Drawings

I have scoured the Archives and I could not find this addressed. As always, any assistance would be greatly appreciated

We are constantly getting PDF drawings (see example here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/70539/0-1601.02-CoverSheet.pdf) they are usually E size 30 x 42 but I can never get them to print correctly rotated on our plotter (HP DesignJet 500 PS using a 42" roll of paper)

I have tried all the settings, tried to force rotation, I make sure that the Page Scaling is set to "None" so as to make sure they print to scale and they are always rotating and I have to trim all the sheets of paper. It is becoming very frustrating.
